The South Florida Federal Executive Board's 7th Annual QUAD Conference, Engagement Matters!

Employee engagement, evidenced by displays of dedication, persistence, effort and overall attachment to organization and mission, is a key factor in business success, but it can be a struggle for government organizations.
The South Florida Federal Executive Board 7th Annual QUAD "Engagement Matters!" conference will highlight various topics on employee engagement. Some topics will include a key-note address from NASA Associate Director, Kelvin Manning, leadership panel discussion addressing best practices used to engage employees representing various agencies, essentials of communication, and more.

The Federal Executive Board's (FEB) mission is to create interagency excellence outside of Washington, DC. FEB's accomplish their mission by: communicating, coordinating and collaborating with Federal, state, and local government agencies. FEB's provide information, referrals and guidance for intergovernmental and community outreach. One of it's committee's the Human Resources Council, coordinates the yearly QUAD conference, manages the High Performance Leadershp Program, and collaborates on a wide-variety of federal HR issues affecting the South Florida Federal community.
